• Ensures each section provides value-driven takeaways, not just summaries.

Content Generation

• Combines the summary, insights, and a writing framework like Problem-Agitate-Solve or Insight-Impact-Action.

• Produces 200–300 word sections with:

  • Intro paragraph

  • 4–6 bullet-point takeaways

  • CTA linking to full article

• Aligned with brand tone and voice pulled directly from Airtable guidelines.

Image Creation

• Uses GPT to classify topic type (e.g., strategic, conceptual, human-centric).

• Generates email-optimized 600x400px visuals in matching styles (e.g., Soft Minimalist for conceptual topics).

• Stored with Airtable records and embedded in the final HTML template.

Content Storage & Approval

• All article summaries, insights, images, and newsletter copy are saved in Airtable.

• Status flags guide internal review before publishing.

• Fields include:

  • sourceHeadline, sourceSummary, newsletterCopy, postImage, Status.

Newsletter Compilation & Delivery

• A Code node compiles 2–3 approved articles into an HTML newsletter template.

• Dynamic UTM tracking can be added to article links for analytics.
